PRESIDENT ACCEPTS RESIGNATION OF SHRI A. RAJA, MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The President of India on the recommendation of the Prime Minister has accepted the resignation of Shri A. Raja, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, from the Council of Ministers, with immediate effect.

Further, as advised by the Prime Minister of India, the President of India has directed that Shri Kapil Sibal, Minister of Human Resource Development shall be assigned the additional work of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
